This one piece infant sack is hand-knit with an exceptionally soft alpaca and silk yarn. The top can be worn tied around to the back when she is quite little and tied in the front as she grows big. The elastic waist will grow with your baby and the button closures at the bottom can be left undone to be worn as a dress if you find that your pea in a pod turns into a tall bean sprout. Fiber: 80% alpaca, 20% silk. Wooden buttons. Size: I designed this piece with features that would allow it to be worn as long as possible even given the quick growth infants. It measures 24" from neck to hem, about 23.5" from cuff to cuff with the sleeves rolled down, and about 22" around the chest--though that can be tied more loosely to gain more coverage for your growing girl. This piece should be easily worn up to 9 mos and will likely take you much further. Recommended Care: Let soak in gentle detergent. Squeeze out excess moisture and lay flat to dry.
