These handknit leggings are sized to about 3 mos of age, possibly longer. They'll be a bit roomy on a newborn, but your cherub will fill them out in no time. Wear with sweater, onsies, or dresses for the little female set. Boys will master the look with sweaters and onsies, too, but just think how charming a rugby shirt could look.... The actual measurements of these pants are 20" hips, 6" inseam, and 12.5" from waist to ankle.
