If I were a better blogger, this is what I’d tell you.

Maybe you’ve noticed.  I’m not an avid blogger.  I’m Maker, not Writer.  While I don’t have much to tell you, I could spend all day showing you things.  I’d start by showing you pictures from the Vintage Bazaar where images of the Folk Primitive Saw Basket my husband made went viral.  I had a blast, met some fantastic people, and was inspired by my customers.  The debut of my Organic Lavender Starfish was such a hit, I all but sold out, and my line of Sweet Stuffed (fill in the blank–sheep, pigs, elephants) did so well I’m designing new additions.  If you could see into my head (well, one, my husband would be jealous) you’d see the draft patterns for rabbits and giraffes.  After that, we’d take a tour of my Jesus Christ Superstar  Chicken, the hooked rug I’m working on.  And there’s my new [second] rug hooking frame which, of course, requires me to start a second rug.  I have a picture of that project in the making and then there are about four more rug hooking projects you’d see, if you could see my mind’s eye.

So, there you have it.  Pictures, now.

  1. Thanks, Rachel! I never feel like I’m quite prolific enough, but working on it… Dave’s basket is pretty phenomenal. Proud of him.;)

  2. I am so sorry that I missed the Bazaar! Looks like your stuff was great. Hoping for the fall.
