I love every little bit of this enormous Boro bag, right down to the tiniest of stitches. The front patch is meticulously stitched layers of of antique quilt squares, antique cottons, recycled denim, and a pinch of gifted homespun. The bag itself is made from an antique European hemp/linen homespun. I did all the topstitching by hand to perfectly complement the sashiko style stitching of the decorative patch.
Measures a roomy 22″ wide, by 20″ tall, 6″ deep. There is no project or portfolio or trip to pack for that will not fit within the body of this bag. Overall height, including handles is about 21.5″.
The handles are made from salvaged cherry wood balusters.
The exterior back pocket measures 10.5″ wide by 10″ deep.
