This piece combined everything I love: working with my guy, hooking, recycling, salvaged wood, and rusty junk. We had fun with this.
The elephant is cut from antique barn board, the hooking mounted to one side. The cooking is a combination of recycled cashmere and saris and little bits of yarn. An old spigot adorns the front.
The base measures about 16″ long and 4″ wide. The elephant stands at just over 15″ tall at the highest point of the trunk.
